Beyond Barceloneta, the beaches of Bogatell and Nova Icària are cleaner and quieter, a short taxi or walk further along the coast. The waterfront also connects to the Port Vell marina, the aquarium and the Maremagnum complex, so you can mix beach time with a relaxed harbour walk.
